out- patient services, including day surgery, diagnostic services and health clinics.

Weekly Update:  Now to the weekly report.  There are currently 471 North Surrey homes on the market.  In the last 30 days 47 North Surrey homes sold.  And in that period...36 listings expired.

Market Update:  And now for your weekly report.    Right now there are 463 North Surrey homes on the market and in the last 30 days, 12 basement homes sold with an average approximate price of 449,400.  This was 96% of asking price.  Did you realize that with a 5% down payment taking a 5 year mortgage with a 30 year amortization at 3.65%, the average basement home would have an morgage payment of approximate $2007 per month. Now rent out a typical suite at a conservative $600/mo means your mortgage payment would only be $1407/mo.
