There are currently 440 active North Surrey homes on the market. This compares with the 417 at the end of February. In the last 30 days there's been 55 sales in comparison with the 47 sales to the end of February. Of the 47 sales, 16 of those sales were above $600,000. Five of those were outside of the Fraser Heights area. This shows that there is a great affordability factor in the North Surrey area.
What's happening in the North Surrey Area: Hi, I'm speaking to you in front of the new City Centre Library This is also going to be the new site for the new City Hall and Community Centre. Surrey's population is expected to grow to over 200,000 over the next 20 years and this is going to be the heart of it all. Watch shortly for a Utube clip of the groundbreaking for the new City Hall that just occurred last week.
